Introducing Xix

A Web Application Prototyping Kit

Xix is a Web Application Prototyping Kit written in the dynamic language Python. In the near future, Xix will run as a light-weight subsystem on top of existing web frameworks, object publishing environments, and CMFs, such as Zope, Twisted and PEAK. Xix leverages nevow's stan module to allow prototyping of site content using S-expressions.

Currently Xix has a working XML-RPC & PB server for remote management of core components: pagelets, containers, composers, and renderers. Also, the wheel module has a working Twisted.web adapter. See README for details.
